14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If ChassisWatch isn't for you, email support@chassis.watch within 14 days of your purchase and we'll give you a full refund. No complicated conditions, just tell us it didn't work out.

How to Request One

Email support@chassis.watch with the email address you used to buy your license, or your license key, so we can find your order. Once we confirm it's within the 14-day window, we'll process the refund through Polar, our payment processor, to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up after that depends on your bank or card provider.

Your license is deactivated once the refund is processed.

What This Doesn't Cover

Hardware damage. ChassisWatch includes triggers, like Chassis Tap, that involve physically tapping your MacBook. This refund policy doesn't cover damage to your device from using them; see Section 7 of our Terms for details.

Purchases made despite a compatibility warning. If ChassisWatch's Diagnostics flagged your Mac as Partially Supported, Unsupported, or otherwise not a full match before you bought, that disclosed warning may be taken into account when we review a refund request tied to that same compatibility gap.

After 14 Days

We can't guarantee a refund once the 14-day window has passed, but if something's gone wrong, email us anyway. We look at requests outside the window case by case.
